​Prior to coach Kat I’ve never had a coach for any of the races I’ve done. Given I wanted to go for a sub 3:00:00 marathon I figured I’d need the proper guidance for something like this so I reached out. 

One common problem I ran into during my other preps was minor injuries that would get in the way of my training runs. With coach Kat (given her PT background) she was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and help me get on top of it early. She kept me accountable throughout the whole prep and answered any of the questions I had so I understood what and why we were doing something. She understands running isn’t a one size fits all endeavor. She worked with my previous experience and injuries to put together a perfect plan that was adjusted according to my progress along the way.

 I was coming in with no running base built up & fresh off a ligament tear in my ankle. On top of that I was also her first client to try for sub 3:00:00 and we did just that. She guided me to finish my marathon in 2:55:05 absolutely crushing my initial goal and finishing my prep injury injury free”

​I found Kat while looking for a physical therapist to rehab me through a stress injury. When I realized she’s also a run coach and runner herself I knew I wanted to work with her for my first half marathon and marathon. Working with Kat was the best decision ever! She curated a training plan to meet my specific needs and was there for me the entire journey. She’s very thorough and made sure my training worked with my schedule, and always made the adjustments needed along the way. Kat made sure I showed up to the start line healthy and strong and helped me crush my marathon goals! I learned so much about running through working with Kat. I couldn’t recommend anyone better as a run coach.
